Foreign passports (non UK passports) can be legalised with a UK apostille in much the same way as a UK passport. However, we do recommend that where possible you try to obtain an apostille from the country where the passport was issued. For example if you have a French passport then contact a French Apostille Service. If this is not possible then we will be pleased to assist you. We must stress that we can only issue UK apostilles. Simply send us a copy of your passport and the completed order form and we will arrange for a UK apostille to be issued.

It may be advisable to check if a UK apostille is acceptable with the person you intend to present your passport to.
